Well, common sense says that the fruit should peak maximum ripeness after a certain time.
Just to make it clear, THE SCANERS still don't give a flying fuck, as they always go off-roading.
The basics are as bright as a full moon night; frenetic sci-fi synth-punk hits on a swirling garage rock'n roll after having passed the point of no return.
That said, we can smell that something changed recently...
Vital needs of a punk rock party collides with wavy post-punk atmospheres, martial disco beats and some kind of fuzzy garage pop melancholia.
Their sonic spacecraft has been spiced by serious interferences and it makes this album special.

Null Prozente für all die Aliens in den Märkten da draußen. Wenn Konsumwahn zu Konsumzwang wird und früher alles so viel besser war. Jane Fonda pumpt auf VHS und die Welt ist noch so klein, genau wie die Angst inflationär an Bedeutung zu verlieren. Und hey am Ende ist es nur Zeit und sie darf vergehen. Momentaufnahmen von zwei Wochenenden und drei Aliens zwischen nostalgischen Samplebeats, Casio-Tunes, Gitarre und postpunkigen Bass-Lines.
rgendwo im Schnäppchen-Mittelkorridor verloren zwischen all den Aliens auf anonymer Prozente-Jagd tummeln sich drei Außerirdische, die Post-Inflationspunk mit Plastikgeräten aus dem letzten Jahrtausend spielen - mit Sample-Beats aus einer manuell gespielten Roland TR-505, Bass, Gitarre und einnehmenden Casio-Melodien garniert wird die Welt kritisiert und die alles zerfressende Schnelllebigkeit mit kitschigen Nostalgie-Hymnen entschleunigt.
